Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases through NeuroSync Pro.

Digital Software Downloads

The NeuroSync Pro Personal Edition, Audio Edition and Audio+Light Edition are supplied as digital software downloads. When you explicitly consent to immediate digital delivery during checkout and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started, the software purchase can no longer be cancelled after delivery.

If the software has not yet been delivered, downloaded or activated, you may contact us within 14 days after purchase to discuss cancellation.

Physical Options and Accessories

Physical options may be selected with the Audio+Light Edition, such as the light bar, controller, connection materials and optional USB to Ethernet cable. Physical products may be returned within 14 days after receipt unless they are returned damaged, used or incomplete.

Please return physical products in the original packaging where possible and with all supplied parts. Return shipping costs and risk are borne by the customer unless we supplied an incorrect or defective product.

Defects or Incorrect Delivery

If an item is defective, incomplete or incorrectly delivered, contact us as soon as possible at neurosyncpro@hypnoworld.nl. Include your name, order details, a short description of the issue and, where relevant, photos of the received product.

Refunds

After receiving and checking an accepted return, we refund the relevant amount within 14 days after receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the order unless otherwise agreed. Any reduction in value caused by use, damage or missing parts may be deducted.
