The session combines rhythmic audio, optional RGB-W light, music curves and gradual transitions. The pulses move around 5.3-10.8 Hz; audio is shaped with isochronic-monaural, binaural, monaural and usually supported by Soft Soundscapes, Ambient, Theta Soundscape, Drone. The pulse shape (sine, triangle, trapezoid) influences whether the experience feels rounded, defined or activating.

Practical use
- Use the session seated or lying down in a safe place where you will not be disturbed.
- Start with low light and volume settings and increase only if it remains comfortable.
- Afterward, take a minute to check that you feel calm, clear and oriented before continuing.
Short warning
Do not use this session while driving or operating machinery. Avoid rhythmic light with photosensitive epilepsy or seizure vulnerability. Stop if it feels uncomfortable.
