Affiliate Terms
These terms apply to participation in the NeuroSync Pro affiliate programme.
Each customer may receive a personal affiliate code and affiliate link. When a new customer places a valid order through that link, commission may accrue according to the current NeuroSync Pro commission settings.
Participation
Participation in the affiliate programme is intended for NeuroSync Pro customers and relations. NeuroSync Pro may refuse, pause or terminate participation when there is a reasonable ground, for example misuse, misleading promotion or breach of these terms.
Eligible Commission
Commission is calculated only on the original net sales price excluding VAT for regular orders through the Personal, Audio and Audio+Light checkout pages. Orders with a discount, coupon, free download, special promotion page or another non-regular order source do not qualify for commission.
Self-referrals do not qualify. An affiliate therefore does not receive commission on an order placed with the same email address or by the same customer.
Tracking and Attribution
An affiliate referral is recorded through the personal link or code. Attribution depends on correct operation of cookies, browser settings and order data. NeuroSync Pro may correct a commission when an order is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, incorrectly attributed or administratively processed in error.
Payout
Commission becomes payable once the configured minimum payout amount has been reached. The current balance can be viewed by the affiliate in the NeuroSync Pro software. Payout takes place after the affiliate has reviewed and approved the commission invoice.
Correct bank details are required for payout, including IBAN and account holder name. Affiliates who prefer not to share these details by email can contact us by phone at +31 (0)40-7110382.
Self-Billing Commission Invoice
For commissions, NeuroSync Pro may issue a self-billing commission invoice. The affiliate must agree to this in advance and remains responsible for the correctness of their own details, such as legal name, address, VAT identification number and Chamber of Commerce number where applicable.
When no VAT identification number for the affiliate is registered, the commission invoice is issued without VAT. The affiliate remains responsible for the tax assessment of their own situation.
Promotion and Brand Use
Affiliates may recommend NeuroSync Pro in an honest and careful way. Misleading claims, medical guarantees, spam, unsolicited messages, confusing domain use, impersonation of NeuroSync Pro or advertising that violates laws or regulations are not allowed.
Changes and Termination
NeuroSync Pro may change commission percentages, minimum payout amounts and these terms. Changes apply to future orders unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Upon termination, correctly accrued and approved commissions remain payable under these terms.
