Neural Exchange Terms

These terms apply to uploading, offering, downloading and purchasing sessions through Neural Exchange within NeuroSync Pro.

Access and Review

Only users with an eligible NeuroSync Pro edition and a valid publisher code may submit sessions. NeuroSync Pro may approve, refuse, temporarily hide or remove sessions based on technical operation, safety, rights, claims, pricing and suitability for Neural Exchange.

Rights and Licence

The creator confirms they are authorised to upload and distribute the session and all content. By submitting, the creator grants NeuroSync Pro a non-exclusive worldwide licence to store, review, display, sell, deliver, secure and manage the session within Neural Exchange.

Free and Paid Sessions

A creator may offer a session for free or set a purchase price within the allowed limits. Paid sessions are processed through NeuroSync Pro. The creator percentage is calculated over the purchase price.

VAT, Mollie Fees and Payout

NeuroSync Pro and the creator each account for their own VAT, taxes and administration where applicable. NeuroSync Pro carries the Mollie transaction fees. Payout takes place according to the configured interval, minimum threshold and administrative process.

Use and Restrictions

A Neural Exchange session is intended for personal or internal professional use within NeuroSync Pro. Resale, republication, re-uploading as one’s own work, mass distribution or distribution outside Neural Exchange is not allowed.

Health and Claims

NeuroSync Pro and Neural Exchange are not medical devices. Sessions must not promise medical diagnosis, treatment, cure or guaranteed therapeutic, cognitive, emotional or performance outcomes.

Changes and Contact

NeuroSync Pro may change Neural Exchange and these terms for future submissions, transactions and payouts. Questions? Email neurosyncpro@hypnoworld.nl.
